Kathmandu to Tikhedhunga via Pokhara & Nayapul
Breakfast at the hotel. Fly to Pokhara. Drive to Nayapul (1.5 hrs), then trek 4 hours to Tikhedhunga (1520m). Dinner and overnight at Tikhedhunga.
Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani
Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2860m), 6–7 hours. Dinner and overnight at a lodge.
Ghorepani to Tadapani via Poonhill
Early morning trek to Poonhill (3210m) for sunrise, then continue to Tadapani (2630m), 5–6 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Tadapani to Chhomrong
Trek to Chhomrong (2170m), 7–8 hours. Dinner and overnight at lodge.
Chhomrong to Himalaya Hotel
Trek from Chhomrong to Dovan (2520m), 7–8 hours. Overnight stay at lodge in Himalaya.
Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp
Trek from Dovan to MBC (3700m). Dinner and overnight stay at MBC.
MBC to ABC and back to Himalaya
Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m), 2–3 hours. Lunch at ABC and return to Himalaya (2920m). Overnight at lodge.
Himalaya to Chhomrong
Early morning start. Trek 7–8 hours to reach Chhomrong. Dinner and overnight stay at lodge.
Chhomrong to Jhinu, then to Pokhara & Kathmandu
Trek to Jhinu (natural hot spring), then to Ghandruk. Trek back to Nayapul (4–5 hours), drive to Pokhara, fly to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Departure
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for departure.
